RASPBERRY JAM WITH SIGNUM

Ingredients:
- 1 cup fresh raspberries and/or strawberries
- 1 teaspoon chia
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar or lemon juice
- A cinnamon stick
- A touch of lemon zest
- 1 teaspoon stevia or monkfruit
- 1 measure of SIGNUM when warm (never hot)
Place on the stove over medium-low heat and wait for it to cook. At the end, when it is warm, add SIGNUM just before serving.
